With two decades of experience in organizational development, change management and leadership development, business psychologist Dr. Sherry Nooravi has partnered with leaders of a range of companies from Fortune 500 to rapid growth organizations to design and implement organizational solutions to link strategy and employee performance. Her work results in more engaged, productive and innovative organizations.

As principal consultant of Strategy Meets Performance, Sherry and her team currently focus on helping the CEOs of small to mid-sized companies create the culture they always dreamed of by coaching their leaders, building and educating their teams, managing their change and restructuring their people-side processes around talent and accountability. Clients have said Sherry’s team-building skills have transformed the communication and teamwork of their staff in ways they could not have imagined. Her coaching clients describe her style as candid, supportive, challenging and inspiring.

Most recently, her passion for leadership development lead her to research the practices of the CEOs of San Diego Fastest Growing Companies and her results were shared in her keynote speech at the Most Admired CEO Awards as well as in the San Diego Business Journal.

She is an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership, UCSD and the University of San Diego. Sherry holds a Doctorate of psychology degree in Organization Development from the California School of Professional Psychology, a Master's degree in Communication from Pepperdine University and Bachelors degrees in Journalism and Psychology from California State University, Northridge.

She speaks conversational Spanish and French and has studied in Spain and Costa Rica.
