Recently, from 2007 through 2011, she had her own design practice. Last year, Lee repatriated to Gensler as one of the senior design leaders in the firm. Shortly after returning to Gensler she was named a Design Director.

Lee has a diverse portfolio interior design projects from law offices and corporate headquarters to retail and hospitality spaces to airport terminal interiors. Throughout her career, her core clientele has been Hollywood's elite studio heads such as Jeffrey Katzenberg, Bob Daley, and Terry Semel, just to name a few. One of Lee's passions is researching materials and how they can be incorporated in innovative ways—from architecture and interior design to carpet and furniture design. She has designed furniture groups and various products with Martin Brattrud, Bentley, and Forms and Surfaces.

Lee augments her design talents by being proficient in the industry's leading tools, AutoCAD and Revit.
